Sometimes though, students have issues or concerns that may seem difficult to resolve. If you have tried to resolve your matter but still need additional support our office is here to assist you.
The Office of the Ombudsperson at 黑料门大事记 is established per and BC Policy 6Hx2-5.26 (PDF) to assist students with complaints or appeals.
Upon receipt, The Office of the Ombudsperson may
- inform students about applicable college policies and procedures.
- guide students to appropriate offices for further follow-up as needed.
- work with 黑料门大事记 departments to investigate complaints per BC Policy 6Hx2-5.23 (PDF), BC Procedure A6Hx2-5.23 (PDF), and other applicable 黑料门大事记 policies.

Academic Disputes
For guidance and support on classroom experience and final course grades. This is the way through which students can appeal a final grade.
Student Complaint Resolution
The Ombuds Office will ensure students that their complaints will be received, heard, and addressed with consideration of fairness by the appropriate administrator/manager/supervisor of the College with oversight of a department or division.
