Our Everboarding approach begins before your first day with a self-paced Preboarding Course that gets you ready to succeed. Once you arrive, you’ll connect with peers at our monthly New Hire Mixer, explore practical Onboarding Guides to navigate your role and resources, and, at your one-year mark, celebrate your journey with a special shout-out in our College newsletter.

Management PATHS

At 黑料门大事记, we believe great leadership sets the tone for success. Our Management PATHS (Principles & Actions for Higher Success) program empowers managers to lead with confidence, integrity, and purpose. Required for all “Managers of Others” and open to aspiring leaders, PATHS brings compliance to life with practical learning on law, policy, labor relations, and people management. More than a course, it’s how we ensure 黑料门大事记 remains an employer of choice—where leaders are equipped to inspire, support, and elevate every member of their team. 

BC LEAD (Leadership Empowerment & Development)

A dynamic leadership development experience tailored for managers of others. This blended program combines virtual facilitated sessions, collaborative cohort meetings, and self-paced online modules. A capstone presentation and graduation celebrate your growth journey, followed by 6 months of mentorship.
